About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to work with adults with autism and/or learning disabilities, providing assessment, diagnosis, and therapy interventions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a defined caseload of complex problems independently.
  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy interventions for patients with autism and/or learning disabilities.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure effective communication and coordinated care plans.
  • Develop and implement Alternative and Augmentative Communication systems.

Requirements
  • Degree level qualification or equivalent in Speech & Language Therapy.
  • HPC Registered.
  • Member of Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists.
  • Minimum of 2 years qualified with relevant specialist experience.
