About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will work with adults with autism and/or learning disabilities, providing assessment, diagnosis, and therapy interventions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assessment and diagnosis for adults with autism and/or learning disabilities
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to improve communication and learning skills
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure effective care and support
  • Manage a caseload of complex cases, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely interventions
  • Contribute to the development of the team and the organization, sharing expertise and best practices
