About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Education Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Canterbury, Kent. As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building relationships with schools and education professionals, delivering exceptional customer service, and growing your business by identifying new opportunities and providing outstanding account management.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools and education professionals to identify new business opportunities.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. Grow your business by identifying new opportunities and providing outstanding account management.
  4. Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the highest level of knowledge and expertise.
Requirements:
  1. Proven track record of success in sales or recruitment, ideally in the education sector.
  2. Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain successful relationships with schools and candidates.
  3. Proactive sales mindset to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to handle client and candidate interactions.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  6. Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
