Associate Director - Education Recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and train a team of education recruitment consultants
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in education recruitment
  • Proven track record of success in sales and recruitment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
