Associate Director - Education Recruitment

Are you a seasoned Education Recruitment professional looking for a new challenge? EdEx - Education Recruitment is seeking an experienced consultant and manager to join our team.

We're a dynamic and growing company with a strong focus on long-term and permanent recruitment. Our team has served over 600 client schools, achieving impressive milestones year after year. As an Associate Director, you'll have the opportunity to build your own business, with a competitive basic and commission structure, plus share options and bonuses.

Key Benefits

£40,000 - £60,000 per annum (basic) + Bonus + Shares + Commission

Flexible start-date into late 2025

Candidate Requirements

  1. Minimum 3 years experience in Education Recruitment
  2. Proven track record of weekly, monthly, and annual billings
  3. Experience managing and training staff
  4. Excellent written and spoken English essential
  5. Someone who values their own work and has pride in the candidates they represent
  6. Commutable to Maidstone, Kent
