Job Title: Strategic Sector Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Partner to join our Industrial and Consumer manufacturing Practices. As a sector specialist, you will play a key role in the continued growth of our established Practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business development and corporate client acquisition with a focus on the FMCG and Consumer Manufacturing sectors.
  • Leverage your network across other functions within our partner brands and with peers across Michael Page (UK).
  • Develop a network of business contacts among C-level professionals.
  • Manage executive search projects from interview to offer management and follow up the integration of the candidate in the new organization.
  • Represent the company and the brand at conferences and networking events.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of executive retained search experience within Consumer Manufacturing and Fast Moving Consumer Goods.
  • Demonstrate a proactive networking approach, ability to be a business partner for local and global decision makers.
  • Proven business development track record in delivering revenue targets with strong financial and commercial acumen.
  • Experienced in managing multiple and complex search projects in a fast-paced environment.
