We're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Media Director for Gaming Sector to join our Xbox EMEA planning team in London.

Your role will involve overseeing day-to-day account deliverables, collaborating with a manager and account executive, and launching strategically driven media campaigns across key EMEA markets.

You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional client service, working closely with Client Directors and Partners to meet client service and relationship plans, and ensuring the Carat planning process is executed end-to-end.

Gaming is a rapidly evolving sector, and we're always looking for innovative solutions. Recent highlights include an experiential takeover of the Outernet in Central London and digital partnerships promoting Xbox's sponsorship of English and French national men's and women's football teams.

As a Strategic Media Director, you'll play a crucial role in driving business growth through data-driven insights and creative storytelling. Your expertise in media planning, finance management, and team leadership will enable you to develop and implement effective strategies to drive results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading coordinator for live projects, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to local and global teams and stakeholders.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with specialist teams and internal stakeholders to deal with client media requests.
  • Overseeing daily planning, finance teams, and key contacts to ensure regular financial reports are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Collaborating with specialists to ensure Prisma media plans are updated monthly.
  • Supporting the planning and analytics team in producing bi-weekly performance reports and actionable insights.
  • Working closely with Client Directors to deliver media and planning responses, including presentations, and executing flawless campaign execution.

We're offering a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and flexible working arrangements.
