About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Pharmacist Lead to join our team at Kings College Hospital. As a key member of our clinical pharmacy leadership, you will be responsible for leading our Planned Medicine team and developing the pharmacy services to optimize patient care.

About You:

">
  • You will have a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy or Pharmacy Practice and experience of supervising others, including for research and audit projects.
  • You will be able to identify and manage risks, provide high-quality evidence-based clinical advice and information, and deliver pharmaceutical care specifically for patients within the Care Group.
  • You will be committed to enhancing the quality of patient care, acting as a clinical role model for staff, and liaising with other pharmacists, services, and Trusts to ensure efficient transfer of clinical and medicines management issues.
