Job Description

The Hotel Assistant Professional will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and serving food and beverages in line with company standards.
  • Handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Supporting the meeting and events team with event setup and AV equipment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be:

  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Over 18 years old (due to serving alcohol).
