Rail Construction Site Manager

Join our esteemed client's HS2 project as a Rail Construction Manager and take on the challenge of leading Pre-main works Foundations & Substructure activities. With a strong background in construction management, you'll be responsible for planning and overseeing on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Main Objectives:
- To manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors, including managing short-term site plans and progress tracking.
- To ensure that all projects are delivered to the highest standards, meeting deadlines and budgets.
As a seasoned Construction Manager, you'll have extensive experience in large-scale rail or infrastructure projects, with a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.
Key Requirements:- NVQ Level 4 in Construction Site Management (or equivalent).
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior construction management role, with a focus on rail or infrastructure projects.
Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits: comprehensive health insurance, life assurance, and pension scheme.
