Job Description
We are seeking a High-Speed Rail Construction Specialist to join our team at Morson Talent. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for leading junior engineers and contributing to the success of the project. Your technical expertise in Site Engineering activities and construction supervision will enable you to coordinate subcontractors' work effectively. You will also assist with programme and budget planning, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.

Your Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have a relevant degree or equivalent in Construction or Civil Engineering. You should also be working towards ICE membership and hold a CSCS card. A full driving licence is required, and experience in heavy structures or drainage is highly beneficial. The estimated annual salary for this position is £55,000 - £75,000.
