Job Summary:
Elite Care Recruitment is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in a small specialist nursing home in Carmarthen, Wales. The ideal candidate will have a nursing qualification, NMC Pin, and experience in delivering nursing care within the mental health sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, review, and update care plans to meet the physical, social, and psychological needs of residents.
- Oversee all aspects of medicine management, ensuring medicines are received, stored, and administered in accordance with company policies and current legislation.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and best practice guidelines, identifying and resolving risks proactively.
- Support, guide, teach, and mentor others in line with the NMC Code.
Requirements:
- Nursing qualification and NMC Pin.
- Experience of delivering nursing care within the mental health sector.
- Experience of participating in quality and clinical governance programmes.
- Ability to work alternate weekends.
