We are seeking a qualified and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Parc Wern, a large and busy care home providing general nursing care and dementia nursing care for older people.

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes. You will have significant previous nursing experience in older peoples care homes and demonstrate true commitment to your own personal development and the development of your wider team.
