Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and skilled General Manager to join our team at Perrys Aylesbury. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all dealership management functions, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with FCA regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all dealership management functions, including sales, service, and parts departments.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with department managers to ensure goals are being met.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and industry standards.
- Review and approve departmental budgets to ensure financial stability.
- Oversee procurement and staff recruitment to ensure the dealership is well-staffed and equipped to meet customer needs.
Requirements
- GCSEs and higher education qualifications, such as college diplomas.
- Previous experience in a senior managerial role within the motor industry.
- Strong financial analytics and numeracy skills.
