Early Years Educator Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Teacher to join our team on a maternity cover basis. As a key member of our Early Years team, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating and caring environment that fosters the growth and development of our youngest learners.
Key Responsibilities:- Lesson Planning and Delivery: Develop and implement creative, play-based learning activities that meet the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, ensuring a high-quality learning experience for all children.
- Child Development and Assessment: Observe and assess children's development, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and plan next steps to support their growth and progress.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and carers, ensuring effective communication and a collaborative approach to supporting children's needs.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Early Years team to ensure a consistent approach to teaching and learning, sharing best practices and expertise to drive excellence in education.
- Qualifications: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent early years qualification, demonstrating a strong foundation in early childhood education.
- Experience: Have experience working within the EYFS, with a deep understanding of early childhood development and a proven track record of delivering high-quality education.
