We are collaborating with a vibrant and welcoming primary institution that has received an Ofsted rating of 'Good'. This establishment is dedicated to delivering exceptional education and fostering a nurturing atmosphere for its students.

They are in search of a committed and enthusiastic Lead Educational Support Assistant (LESA) to become part of their team, providing PPA coverage across Key Stages 1 and 2 on a full-time basis.


As a Lead Educational Support Assistant, you will be instrumental in the institution, delivering high-quality educational sessions and aiding in the learning and development of pupils.

This role presents an outstanding opportunity for individuals holding the HLTA qualification or Early Career Teachers (ECT) eager to acquire invaluable experience across both KS1 and KS2.


Key Responsibilities:
- Cover PPA sessions for classroom educators, delivering pre-planned lessons across KS1 and KS2.
- Support the educational process, ensuring a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Assist in evaluating and documenting pupil progress.
- Contribute to the planning and preparation of educational activities.
- Provide targeted assistance to individual pupils or small groups as necessary.


Desired Qualifications:
- HLTA qualification or status, or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) seeking experience.
- Strong comprehension of the primary curriculum across KS1 and KS2.
- Proven experience in a primary educational setting.
- Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
