About the RoleThis role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and drive a robust site people plan that effectively balances driving site performance and improving employee engagement. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for leading activities across the group and collaborating with the site HR team to support wider HR initiatives.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive site people plan aligned with the overall HR strategy
- Collaborate with site leadership to ensure local plans are implemented and progress communicated
- Actively seek opportunities to improve working environment and conditions for employees
- Deploy annual employee surveys, driving completion rates and developing improvement plans with site leadership
- Ensure 9-box talent management and succession planning is in place for Grades WL2 and above
- Develop site annual pay strategy, complete local analysis to ensure market competitiveness and fairness
- Implement training programs for managers to complete all activities across the employee lifecycle
- CIPD Qualified to Level 5 or equivalent experience as a site HR lead
- Minimum of 2 years' experience driving a site HR agenda ideally within a fast-paced FMCG environment
- Solid knowledge of employment law and hands-on management of complex cases
