Wellbeing Manager

About the Role:
The Blockchain & Climate Institute (BCI) is seeking a Wellbeing Manager to support the execution of the Wellbeing strategy across the organisation. This role will involve collaborating closely with the Senior Wellbeing Officer to identify well-being needs and recommend initiatives aligning with the BCI wellbeing framework.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on resources, programs, groups, and individuals to support the implementation of wellbeing initiatives.
- Develop and implement effective processes and workflows to facilitate the success of wellbeing initiatives.
- Manage the execution of wellbeing initiatives across the organization, taking initiative where required.
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Proficient in English writing with meticulous attention to detail.
