Job Opportunity for Registered Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team in a leading mental health hospital in Glasgow. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver prescribed care to a defined group of patients, taking into account their individual needs and preferences.
  • Assess, plan, and deliver nursing care in collaboration with patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to a team approach to patient care, working closely with all members of the care team.
  • Participate in quality improvement processes and clinical governance to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Knowledge of NMC standards, guidelines, and professional practices.
  • Evidence of post-registration continuing professional development.
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement, and quality.
  • Ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practice.
