Job Title: AD Hoc Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at a leading mental health hospital in Glasgow. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

About the Role:
  • Deliver person-centered care to patients with mental health conditions, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives, ensuring that patient care is safe, effective, and responsive to their needs.
  • Participate in relevant clinical governance activities, maintaining up-to-date knowledge and skills to provide evidence-based practice.
  • Work collaboratively with patients, families, and carers to promote patient-centered care and support.
Requirements:
  • Registered Mental Health Nurse qualification and current NMC registration.
  • Experience working in mental health settings, with a strong understanding of NMC standards and guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations, with a patient-centered approach to care.
