About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Clinical Support Worker to join our team at Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation NHS Trust. As a Clinical Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with mental health needs, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective care and treatment plans.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring that they are tailored to meet the unique needs of each service user.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals, helping them to manage their mental health and well-being.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve care and services.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a care or support role, preferably in a mental health setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Knowledge of mental health issues and the ability to provide emotional support and guidance to individuals.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies and procedures.
