About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Support Worker to join our Secure Services Team in Ipswich. As a Clinical Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health illnesses, providing a safe and supportive environment for them to recover.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to service users, promoting their well-being and independence.
  • Work collaboratively with the clinical team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care and medication management.
  • Contribute to a safe and therapeutic environment, adhering to strict confidentiality rules.

Requirements
