About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Support Worker to join our Secure Services Team in Ipswich. As a Clinical Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health illnesses, providing a safe and supportive environment for them to recover.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to service users, promoting their well-being and independence.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to assess and develop individualized care plans.
  • Contribute to a safe and therapeutic environment, adhering to strict confidentiality rules and maintaining professional boundaries.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in mental health care.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in the care sector, with a focus on mental health care.
  • Hold a Care Certificate and NVQ L2/3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
