About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Clinical Support Worker to join our Secure Services Team in Ipswich. As a Clinical Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health illnesses, providing a safe and therapeutic environment for them to recover and regain their independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to service users, promoting their well-being and recovery.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Contribute to a safe and secure environment, adhering to strict confidentiality rules and maintaining professional boundaries.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in mental health support.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in the care sector, preferably in mental health.
  • Care Certificate and NVQ L2/3 H&SC or Diploma L2/3 in H&SC or apprenticeship L2/3 in H&SC.
  • Ability to travel independently and work rotating shifts.
