About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Sales Specialist to join our team at BMS Performance. As a Clinical Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in managing key clinical relationships within NHS and private hospitals, working closely with anaesthetists, consultants, nurses, cardiologists, transfusion teams, and IT departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clinical stakeholders to promote our haematology solutions
  • Provide technical training and support to customers to ensure successful adoption and utilization of our products
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
Requirements
  • Scientific degree or relevant clinical qualification
  • Proven sales experience in a medical or healthcare setting
  • Strong understanding of haematology and blood analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
