We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Sales Specialist to join our team at BMS Performance. As a Clinical Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in managing key clinical relationships within NHS and private hospitals, working closely with anaesthetists, consultants, nurses, cardiologists, transfusion teams, and IT departments.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clinical stakeholders, including anaesthetists, consultants, and nurses.
- Provide technical product training and support to customers, ensuring they are fully equipped to use our products effectively.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving growth and revenue for BMS Performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitor activity, and customer needs, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and product development.
BMS Performance is a leading provider of innovative solutions for the healthcare industry. Our products are used in a wide range of surgical and clinical settings, and we are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements- A scientific degree or relevant clinical qualification is essential.
- Experience working in a sales or training role, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
- A competitive basic salary of £40,000 to £45,000.
- Uncapped commission of 20% or more.
- A fully expensed company car or generous allowance.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, pension, and 25 days holiday plus statutory holidays.
