Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 basic, bonus 20%+ uncapped, car, bens

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Sales Specialist to join our Haematology Solutions team. As a Clinical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing key clinical relationships within NHS and private hospitals, providing technical support and training to customers, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including anaesthetists, consultants, nurses, cardiologists, and IT departments
  • Provide technical support and training to customers on our range of equipment, software, and consumables used for analysing blood in surgical and clinical settings
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow our customer base
  • Work collaboratively with our sales team to achieve sales targets and grow our business
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activity

Requirements:

  • Scientific degree or relevant clinical qualification/background
  • Experience in a sales or training role, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
