Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Information Manager, you will assist with coding training and ensure compliance with national standards and local policies. You will contribute to the development of new coding practices to maintain high standards of documentation and data quality.

You will also accurately abstract, analyze, and translate medical records into diagnostic and procedural codes using ICD-10 and OPCS4. Furthermore, you will resolve coding queries with clinicians and staff, addressing discrepancies identified during audits.
