About Your New Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to join our People and Culture team as an HR Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of HR services to our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including answering employee queries and coordinating logistics for new hire onboarding.
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment events and scheduling, as well as running reports and doing data checks in the HR system.
  • Organize meetings and take minutes, as well as collect and maintain employee data.
  • Prepare letters and other communication, and maintain the HR Intranet page.
