Job Title: HR Administrator

First Choice Selection Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide professional and confidential administrative support within the human resources team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Use computerised systems to manage staff records and perform administrative tasks
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Provide high-level internal and external customer service, including resolving customer queries and complaints
  • Support the HR team with general administration duties, including minute taking and data entry

Requirements:

  • 5 GCSEs at grade C or above, including Maths and English
  • Two years experience within a HR team
  • Full driving licence with access to own car
