HR Administrator

First Choice Selection Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide professional and confidential administrative support within the human resources team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Use computerised systems to manage staff records and perform administrative tasks
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Provide high-level internal and external customer service, including resolving customer queries and complaints
- Support the HR team with general administration duties, including minute taking and data entry
Requirements:
- 5 GCSEs at grade C or above, including Maths and English
- Two years experience within a HR team
- Full driving licence with access to own car
