Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team at First Choice Selection Services. As an HR Administrator, you will provide professional and confidential administrative support to our human resources team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to the HR team, including use of computerized systems, handling confidential information, and updating staff records.

* Take minutes at meetings and perform general administration duties.

* Provide a high level of internal and external customer service, including taking ownership of customer queries and complaints and following issues through to completion.

Requirements:

* 5 GCSEs at grade C or above, including Maths and English.

* Two years of experience within a HR team.

* Full driving license with access to own car.

* Business insurance.
