Marketing Manager for Amazon Fire Tablets - EU

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to join our team at Amazon EU SARL (UK Branch) as a Marketing Manager for Fire Tablets in Europe.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketer to own customer engagement and monetisation strategies for Fire Tablets in EU markets. You will be responsible for building and executing cross-functional marketing programs that drive high-value actions from customers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs, with experience in data-driven decision making and metrics-driven results. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence multiple internal teams and stakeholders.

You will work closely with our cross-functional teams, including Sales, Go-To-Market, and Monetisation, to develop and execute campaigns that deliver business outcomes. This role requires a strong understanding of customer behavior, market trends, and competitor analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse highly ambiguous data from various areas to distil campaigns which drive High Value Actions.
  • Work with teams world-wide to identify the metrics and distil ideal behaviours to improve customer engagement on devices.
  • Influence multiple internal teams, to drive engagement and improve monetisation.
  • Create and navigate shared goals with content teams, negotiate resources, and influence partner team roadmaps.
  • Build and manage the full lifecycle of complex marketing initiatives, from strategy to measurement, with limited guidance.

Requirements
  • Experience in developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs.
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
  • Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages.
  • Experience in marketing or marketing research.
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.
