Duty Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Duty Manager to join our team at South Reading Leisure Centre. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the centre, providing excellent customer service, and leading a team of staff.
Key Responsibilities- Unlock the leisure centre and set up for the day
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre, including customer queries and staff supervision
- Ensure the centre is clean and safe for customers
- Prepare areas and equipment for sessions as required
- Supervise staff on shift and allocate work effectively
- Ensure all pool safety and operating procedures are in place
- Maintain good housekeeping systems and assist management with improvement plans
