Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a popular 4-star hotel in Windsor to find a talented Duty Manager to join their team.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have at least 12 months of experience working in a supervisory or management role in a hotel, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a good command of written and spoken English.
Key Responsibilities- Manage hotel operations, ensuring a high level of service and quality standards are maintained.
- Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve hotel performance, including revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and a cohesive approach to hotel operations.
- A competitive salary of £27,000 per annum.
