Job Title: Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a Primary School in Dover. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with a child with complex SEN needs, providing individualized support and assistance to help them achieve their full potential.

About the Role:
  • Work as a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant, supporting a child in KS2 with complex SEN
  • Assess students' progress and discuss development with Teachers, Parents/Carers, and external agencies as necessary
  • Undertake CPD if required, and be accredited for it
Requirements:
  • Experience working as an LSA/SEN Teaching Assistant is highly desirable
  • Holding a L2 or L3 Teaching Assistant qualification is highly desirable but not essential
  • Experience working with children with SEN within an education, pastoral, or personal setting is highly desirable
