Job Description:

Entrust Social Care Ltd is recruiting for a Senior Social Care Worker to join our team. This role involves assessment and intervention services for children and families, working closely with local authorities and other stakeholders.

About the Role:

This position requires a qualified social worker with 2+ years of experience in Children's Social Work teams. You will be responsible for conducting MASH assessments, child protection work, care management, and liaising with other professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting MASH assessments and child protection work
  • Providing care management services to children and families
  • Liaising with other professionals to ensure effective collaboration
  • Managing a case load and making decisions that prioritize the needs of children and families
  • Engaging in home visits and court work as required
