Job Summary: A highly skilled and experienced Qualified Social Worker is sought after by Entrust Social Care Ltd to lead the Children's Assessment team. This role requires a qualified individual with at least 2 years of experience in a children's social work setting, possessing strong assessment, care management, and child protection skills. The ideal candidate will have a DipSW or equivalent qualification, be registered with the HCPC, hold a current DBS, and possess a car driver's license.

In this challenging yet rewarding position, you will be responsible for managing a caseload, conducting assessments, participating in child protection work, and collaborating with other professionals. You will also be required to perform home visits, court work, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, paid on a weekly basis. Additionally, they will benefit from free access to an online training portal worth £500 per year, a dedicated consultant with social work expertise, and a referral bonus of up to £250 per referred colleague.

This temporary contract offers a flexible schedule of 37 hours per week, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life effectively.
