Social Worker for Complex Support Needs

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Social Worker to join our Children's Adoption Team at Entrust Social Care Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to adoptive families and children, working closely with the Adoption Team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of complex support needs and be able to provide practical and therapeutic support through the Adoption Support Fund. A DipSW or equivalent qualification, registration with the HCPC, a current DBS, and a valid car driver's license are also essential requirements.
Estimated Salary: £48,000 - £58,000 per annum

- Conduct assessments of adoptive families and children
- Provide support through the Adoption Support Fund
- Work collaboratively with the Adoption Team to achieve best outcomes
