CV-Library is seeking an exceptional Part Time Office Coordinator to join our team in Cheltenham. As a highly organized and detail-oriented individual, you will provide administrative support within the housing and property development sector.
About the Position:
- You will be the first point of contact for customers via email and phone.
- Efficiently handle Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Handle inquiries from clients and residents professionally and promptly.
- Assist with other ad hoc duties in the office.
Requirements:
- Experience in the housing or property development industry is preferred.
- A confident user of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work as part of a small, collaborative team.
- Detail-oriented with strong customer service skills.
- Self-motivated and eager to succeed.
Benefits:
Circa £30,000 per annum (pro rata) plus flexible hours and working days, onsite parking, and training and support.
