Job Description:

This Part-Time Accounts Administrator role is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic company and contribute to the success of their finance function.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing and verifying invoices from suppliers and subcontractors
  • Coordinating with clients and suppliers to resolve account queries
  • Managing the accounts inbox and responding to emails in a timely manner
  • Reconciling corporate credit card transactions and supplier statements
  • Supporting the credit control process and chasing outstanding payments
  • Contributing to the monthly, quarterly, and year-end accounting processes

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should have previous experience in accounts administration and be proficient in using financial software.

Working Arrangements:

This part-time role requires approximately 5 hours of work per week, with flexible hours to suit the successful candidate.
