We are recruiting an Accounts Assistant to join our small and friendly team on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with previous finance experience looking for part time hours to join a reputable business.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Sales and Purchase Ledger
  • Email sales invoices to customers
  • Email statements to customers
  • Chase late customer payments
  • Process card payment transactions
  • Process PayPal transactions
  • Perform Bank reconciliation
  • Manage Expenses
  • Manage Petty cash
  • Assist with Payroll
  • Assist with Pension Admin
  • Reconcile supplier statements

Candidate Attributes:

  • Previous finance experience
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Reliable and hardworking
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy

Hours: 25 per week, 9am - 2pm daily

Salary: £16,900
