We're a team of friendly, like-minded professionals who care about our clients, our work, and each other, and we're seeking a confident and knowledgeable Digital Media Specialist to enhance our Performance team.

The Digital Media Specialist is an operational and client-facing role, primarily responsible for delivering effective campaign research, management, and reporting across pay-per-click (PPC), display, and paid social activities. Our service mix includes managing the delivery of one-off projects through to ongoing retainers. You will need to demonstrate return on investment (ROI) and value to our clients and support the Director of Performance in maintaining and growing this revenue stream at Propeller.

Key Responsibilities
  • Planning, developing, implementing, and optimizing paid media campaigns to drive value and return on annual spend
  • Defining, measuring, evaluating, and reporting against key performance indicators (KPIs), with a plan to achieve better-than-expected results
  • End-to-end campaign management, including research, audit, strategy, testing, publishing approved content, tracking, and measuring performance, optimizing, delivering KPIs, and meeting deadlines
  • Working closely with clients to better understand their business and their customers, and adjusting paid strategies accordingly
  • Delivering insights and results to the client in an easily digestible and explainable manner
  • Working with your team to deliver projects efficiently against signed-off scopes of work
  • Working closely with the Account Managers to provide paid media support specialists covering PPC/Social/Display
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in Paid Search
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Paid Social
  • Ability to deliver insights and results to clients in an easily digestible manner
Desirable Skills
  • Experience working within a digital agency
  • Knowledge of Amazon Marketing Services
