Social Work Professional

Fostering People seeks a skilled Social Work Professional to support foster parents across Birmingham and Walsall. This role involves working with the community, providing support and guidance to foster families, and ensuring the well-being of children in care.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide regular home visits and support to foster parents
• Offer guidance and advice on caring for children with complex needs
• Work closely with local authorities and other agencies to ensure the best interests of the child
• Develop and maintain relationships with foster families, carers, and other stakeholders
• Participate in training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
• Maintain accurate records and reports of visits and support provided
What We Offer
• Competitive salary: £28,938 - £41,052 per annum
• £1,000 car allowance or company car
• 30 days annual leave (rising to 35 days with length of service) + bank holidays
• Company pension, life assurance, and employee discount scheme
Location
