Job Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Qualified Social Worker to join our team at Entrust Social Care Ltd. This role will involve working within our Childrens Services department, providing specialist support and guidance to children and families in need.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assessing the needs of children and families
  2. Developing and implementing care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes
  3. Managing a caseload of children and families, including conducting home visits and court work
  4. Liaising with other professionals, including solicitors and healthcare professionals

Requirements:

  • DipSW or equivalent qualification
  • Registration with the HCPC
  • Current DBS clearance
  • Valid car insurance and a reliable vehicle for work purposes
