Lead Social Work Professional

We are seeking an experienced Social Work professional to join our team as a Lead Social Worker in the West Midlands. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience working in the fostering sector, be registered with Social Work England (SWE), and up-to-date with current legislation.

Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a caseload of carers in the Birmingham area, ensuring the highest standards of care are met, and supporting foster carers through assessments after each visit. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career progression and leadership development.
Salary & BenefitsThe estimated salary range for this position is £34,000-£38,000 per annum, plus a £250 monthly travel allowance. Additional benefits include:
