Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the art production team to deliver high-quality art assets on time and within budget
  • Develop and maintain art production pipelines, processes, and tools to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including art, design, and engineering, to ensure seamless integration of art assets into the game
  • Manage and prioritize art production schedules, ensuring that all assets are delivered on time and to the required quality standards
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior art producers, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new techniques and tools to improve art production efficiency and quality
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in art production, with a strong background in game development
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality art assets on time and within budget
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in art production software and tools, including Maya, 3ds Max, and Photoshop
