Job Title: Game Producer or Senior Game Producer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Game Producer or Senior Game Producer to join our team at Space Ape Games. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the art production process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality assets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain art production pipelines, both internally and with external partners
  • Identify and engage new art production partners, coordinate with existing collaborators, and manage partner relationships
  • Collaborate with art, product, and marketing teams to define project scope and verify asset requests
  • Provide regular updates on art production status, communicate with the production team and leads on asset status, risks, and problem-solving opportunities
  • Organize team meetings, run art reviews, and provide actionable feedback to attendees
  • Mentor artists, help set goals, and provide feedback to support their growth and development
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, organizing training, events, and rituals to promote collaboration and creativity
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a producer, project manager, or equivalent
  • Proven track record of supervising production pipelines and managing partner relationships
  • Strong understanding of creative pipelines, approval processes, and dependency chains
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Self-motivated and able to approach challenges creatively, with a solutions-focused mindset
  • Ability to build, track, and maintain feature and content schedules
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in providing feedback and guidance to team members
  • Familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall project management methodologies
