Job Title: Senior Game Producer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Game Producer to join our team at Product Madness Inc. As a Senior Game Producer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality games on time by building a close cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

* Actively promote a positive team culture
* Plan and execute the game's roadmap by collaborating with key stakeholders throughout the game's life cycle
* Clear understanding of business priorities and deliverables
* Monitor day-to-day progress and make adjustments as needed to deliver on time
* Oversee the development of a large team, managing a comprehensive plan
* Measure project performance and work with the team to continually identify areas for improvement
* Identify and manage risk
* Report back to the Leadership Team and ensure that progress is communicated via the right forums

What We're Looking For:

* A self-starting, emotionally intelligent leader with experience delivering games working with internal/external teams and stakeholders
* Excellent analytical skills and creative problem-solving chops
* Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
* Previous game production experience in live operations
* Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
