About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Producer to lead the development of our new AAA game franchise. As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for owning the product vision and roadmap, working closely with the game development team and key stakeholders to ensure the successful launch of our game.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of launching games on PC and consoles, with experience in cross-platform and live services. You will be responsible for building and leading a cross-functional team, ensuring clear communication and coordination across relevant teams, and driving execution to meet goals and establish best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Own the product vision and roadmap for the game franchise.
  2. Work closely with the game development team and key stakeholders to establish and maintain a strong product vision and product development roadmap.
  3. Lead a cross-functional team responsible for end-to-end product development, live operations, and publishing.
  4. Ensure clear communication and coordination across relevant teams and coordinate effectively with central marketing and technology teams.
  5. Think big, perpetually focused on long-term strategy, yet is also tactical and makes sure we have operational and execution excellence.

Basic Qualifications:

  1. BA degree required or equivalent.
  2. Experience of team leadership experience developing AAA games on PC and consoles.
  3. Experience with Cross Platform, and Live services on AAA games.
  4. Passion for games and pop culture.
  5. Broad knowledge of game project management and product processes.
  6. Strong cross-team collaboration skills.

  2. Passion for games, gamers, and creators communities.
  3. Successful history of working collaboratively in a creative environment with game design teams.
