We're seeking a talented Game Producer to join our team at Space Ape Games. As a key member of our production team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the art production process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality assets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain art production pipelines, both internally and with external partners
  • Coordinate with art, product, and marketing teams to define project scope and verify asset requests
  • Provide regular updates on art production status and communicate with the production team on asset status, risks, and problem-solving opportunities
  • Mentor artists, providing feedback and guidance to help them grow and develop in their roles
  • Organize team meetings and art reviews, ensuring actionable notes and follow-up information are shared with attendees
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a producer, project manager, or equivalent
  • Solid understanding of creative pipelines, approval processes, and dependency chains
  • Ability to build, track, and maintain feature and content schedules
  • Familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall project management methodologies
